Culturally accepted behavior or zero tolerance to sexual harassment?
We are discussing how to create a Safe Space in the workplace with employer and worker representatives
from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Panama #sexualharassment #ProyectoCERALC @OITAmericas
Building a Safe Space requires:
–Working with HR management, workers and line supervisors to identify what elements
of the factory environment facilitate this problem and to build participatory solutions.
–Engaging the factory as a whole in identifying the problem, understanding its impact,
and co-designing the tools needed to build a factory free of sexual harassment and gender based violence.
